Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SalesZipper AI. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using SalesZipper AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable) to these Terms.
SalesZipper AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered opportunity risk scoring, pipeline analysis, playbook generation, and AI email drafting for sales teams.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription (Solo or Pro plan) after the 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
All payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service (polar.sh/legal/terms).
Solo plan: $39/month. Pro plan: $199/month. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@saleszipper.ai within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer the platform; (b) use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (d) use the Service to train competing AI models.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload your CRM data to the Service.
SalesZipper AI owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including AI models, software, and branding.
You retain all rights to your CRM data and any outputs derived from it. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
SalesZipper AI treats your CRM data as confidential. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Service, including pricing, roadmaps, and technical details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESZIPPER AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will delete your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
