SalesZipper AI ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash).
You may upload CSV exports from your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). This data is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and is processed solely to provide you with the Service.
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
Payments are processed by Polar (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card details. Polar's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
To provide, operate, and improve the SalesZipper AI platform — including AI-powered opportunity risk scoring, playbook generation, and email drafting.
To send you transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates.
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve our AI models and product features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or CRM data to third parties.
We share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) solely to operate the Service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified, undergoing annual third-party audits.
